Are we compliant?

Employers must be confident that they are delivering equal pay for work of equal value!

Ask yourself these questions:

1. Do we have gender neutral job structures?
2. Do we really know which jobs actually compare as being of equal value?
3. Are we sure that the comparison is not influenced by direct or hidden bias?
4. Do we have proportionate pay bands?
5. Are we sure that we do not over-rely on market rates?
6. Are we prepared to have transparent communication with employees?
7. Are we geared up to uphold reporting obligations?
